Rosemary Allender, LCSW-C, LICSW, C-ASWCM

Aging Life Care™ Manager

Founded Family Eldercare Management in 2006 to  address the need for geriatric care management services in Prince George’s County and surrounding Communities.  Rosemary is a longtime resident of Prince George's County and has extensive experience with the geriatric population and their caregivers.

Rosemary has a Master's degree  in Social  Services  from The Catholic University of America and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Maryland (LCSW-C) and Washington, D.C. (LICSW)  Rosemary is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager(C-ASWCM).Certified to administer the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tests (BCAT).

Rosemary was a recipient of the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter 2011 Champions AwardThe inspiring Champions Awards Program recognizes valuable "above and beyond" contributions of time, talent and resources to the Alzheimer's Association National Capital Area Chapter.

Ann Craynon, MS, CMC 
Aging Life Care™ Manager

Ann has a Master's degree in Family Studies and Gerontology from Virginia Tech and is certified with the National Association of Care Managers  and is a Certified Aging Life Care™ Manager.  Certified to administer the Brief Cognitive Assessment Tests (BCAT).  

Ann joined Family Eldercare Management in July 2012.

As a lifetime resident of Prince George's County, 

Ann has worked in both long-term care as a Geriatric Care Manager.  Ann also brings many years of personal experience as a family caregiver.

Dona Moon, LCSW-C, LICSW

Derives satisfaction from helping individuals and families overcome obstacles and challenges to achieve safe and healthy lifestyles.

Dona believes that the client is the expert source in a situation. As such, she endeavors to coach the client in identifying the best possible solution based on current circumstances.

She has worked in the DC/Maryland community with populations of all ages and various backgrounds. She is fluent in Spanish and has been able to expand her services to the Hispanic community as well. In addition, she is active in her church and community providing education on health issues.

Dona is licensed at the highest professional level of social work in DC and the State of Maryland. She also is state-certified to provide supervision and education to social workers requiring licensure.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and a Master of Social Work degree from Howard University in Washington, DC

Emma L. Alford

Emma. retired from IBM after 32 years of service, as a Sr. Contract Controls Analyst with a background in Education Management.  Emma joined Family Eldercare in 2009. 

Emma brings many years of personal experience as a caregiver for her mom and as a local support

group facilitator for caregivers.
